Harry discovers he's inherited vacation property, which is the beginning of his troubles. Cursed by the Black family wards, only a Black family representative (guess who!) can save him, and it has to be blood and sex magic.

I've got a soft spot for ritual fic, where sex between the two of them has to be performed or one of them will die. The ritual itself is fascinating, and the ending of the story is surprisingly open-ended and hoepful.
