So, if you're a TW/Jack Harkness fan, you're going to want to check this out. amand_r and cupidsbow have created The Omnijaxual Fest Community in preparation for their upcoming Omnijaxual Fest -- a Fest that celebrates Jack Harkness's... willingness, desire, even, to do everything and anything. (taken right from the comm profile page)

This is a great humorous Snarry, filled with hot sex-ay scenes, a mature Auror Harry who's a bit insecure about his husband's unexplained absences, a kick-ass Ginny I fell in love with, the twins at their best (and yes, Angelina is their keeper again! Yay!), a mysterious plot that pulls in Draco and Percy and other familiar faces, as well as a fascinating blending of Muggle technology into the crime-fighting sector of the wizarding world. My ribs hurt from laughing by the time I finished reading this. Not many authors manage to sustain humor throughout a fic, and then to instill tender moments and introspection to the extent this author did, was the icing on the cake. I'll be rereading this one, and not just because of who the author is.

So, I've been in the U.K. for two weeks, and really missing amand_r. We had a little chat on g-chat last night, and now I miss her even more.

Author's Notes: This was supposed to be a crossover with Highlander, and violator was going to be the Kurgan, but that just wasn't practical or interesting. So, I decided to do away with the crossover and just make it what I think it should have been from the start. Sorry, Margaret.
Summary: Margaret wouldn't let him buy her an engagement ring, she just patted his chest and said, 'oh, build me a house, then.' And when he started buying fixtures and asking Pete and the boys to drop off logs at the property he'd purchased just for them, far away from everyone out in the woods, she knew that it was safe to announce that they were getting married.
Written for day six of the 14valentines challenge. Today's issue was sexual assault.
